Why Leadership Mentorship?

Studies show that while most organizations value leadership development, only a few offer meaningful mentorship opportunities. This gap has fueled governance crises, corruption, and weak accountability.

With over 70% of Africa’s population under 30, the future of the continent depends on how we prepare and empower today’s emerging leaders.
