HIV & AIDS remains one of the most pressing health and human rights challenges of our time. In Kenya alone, 1.4 million people live with HIV (UNAIDS, 2023), with young women and adolescents accounting for almost one-third of new infections. Globally, 39 million people live with HIV, and Sub-Saharan Africa bears 65% of the global burden. While progress has been made in reducing infections, stigma, poverty, and limited access to treatment continue to prevent millions from living with dignity and hope.
At Amariah Ecoshield Africa (AMECAF), we believe HIV & AIDS is not just a medical issue—it is a justice, equality, and dignity issue. Through our programs, we provide prevention, treatment support, psychosocial care, and empowerment to ensure no one is left behind.
Community HIV campaigns, comprehensive sexuality education for youth, PrEP education, and condom distribution.
Mobile VCT clinics, door-to-door testing in rural areas, and PMTCT (Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission).
Ensuring ART adherence, providing nutritional support, and linking HIV/TB co-infection treatment.
Counseling, family therapy, support groups, and faith-based healing programs to address stigma and trauma.
Girls’ empowerment clubs, vocational training, GBV prevention, and engaging men as allies.
Lobbying for universal ART access, youth-friendly services, and workplace non-discrimination.
Digital adherence tools, HIV impact studies, and partnerships with universities and global health bodies.
An HIV-free Africa where every person has access to healthcare, dignity, and hope.
To prevent new infections, support those affected, and end stigma through holistic, compassionate interventions.
